The Grand Union Islington is situated amongst the hustle and bustle of the ever-popular Upper Street. The listed building has all the typical Grand Union traits; high ceilings, glorious original bar and floral wallpaper which creates a sophisticated ambiance to cater for the discerning N1 crowd. The space has an intimate appeal yet has a capacity for over 200 people.
The extended license on Thursdays, Fridays Saturdays allows late night revellers to stay up until the early hours, dancing to an eclectic mix of music which changes from night to night.

A vinyl junkie and music lover first and foremost, with strengths in smooth, seamless mixing and a unique audiophile ability. Christos has the tunes and the skill to get the floor burning.
With a number of strings to his bow including sets at Ministry Of Sound, Salmon & Compass, The Chapel Bar, Shoosh Lounge and Funkin London @ The Gallery and a radio show on Touch FM to name a few.
Christos spins cutting edge and fresh sounds from jackin house, minimal, disco (old and nu), funk and breaks mixed in with a sprinkling of old classics and familiar tracks with a clever twist – guaranteed to keep the party rockin’!
